    Error Other | 1986 D RPM?

This does not seem to be a plating error or am I wrong? Does it look like a partial RPM? Die chip? I do not see any like it. AD6A76DE-3FC6-4CB9-AF47-A2F63E8C2492.jpg 80BAEFAF-7A7C-4333-B9DA-E28F5702076B.jpg 6F61FCCD-09A3-4C56-9760-F3E06EDA79F2.jpg FDA712A7-C80A-478C-A33E-A18F54A2EBC3.jpg

You have die deterioration doubling going on to the east of everything and then zinc rot at the base of the mm, sorry Sheila.

Thanks for the help. It just looked too clean to be that. That is why I asked.

Cool looking... I see the DDD... I also see some split plating on the inside of the vertical bar... To me the area south of the MM looks like the copper was pushed and crumpled into a lump by a localized hit... The SE edge of the MMs loop looks like it got hit also... If you can remove the dirt from between the MM and the chunk of metal I think if you you will expose the zinc core???
