I've been searching through a mountain of customer rolls lately. I found this 1955-D earlier today. That makes the third BIE in the last two weeks. I have also been finding many more wheat pennies then I typically find in a brick. Guess I will stick to the customer rolls for now.
My customer rolls keep producing "BIE" errors.

Wow, that's no right!! For every 50 customer rolls I search, I am averaging 25-30 wheaties. A much better percentage then a brick. I always hope I will find a solid roll of wheat pennies each time I open one. I can't be greedy though after I found the 10 rolls of wheat pennies in the girl scout pennies a few weeks ago.
Keep on looking!!!

I still think I have a small town disadvantage on customer rolls and these people who turn them into the bank are pulling out the wheatsWow, that's no right!! I feel like I would have a better chance of finding some wheat cents in Loomis rolls! I called my banker friend earlier and she said they finally got in some boxes (the ones with the holes so you can see what's in there - it has been a long time since I saw one of those boxes so maybe they are from old stock) and low and behold she saw some brown pennies! Today I'm going to see how many of those boxes they have and get as many as I can!
