This is a 2009 cent with what I believe feeder finger damage in odd area. It makes it look like an extra roof. Not sure how this happened but it's kind of neat.

Looks like they had to add some extra support during construction... The wall may have been weak
To me it looks like a strange die break??? It extends slightly onto the base of the dome!!!
