I found this 1947-S in a customer roll last night. I'm guessing it's a lamination error, but once again, I need the help of the experts here. Thanks.

Yes, that is definitely a lamination error. All opinions expressed are not necessarily shared by willbrooks or his affiliates. Taking them may result in serious side effects. Results may vary. Offer not valid in New Jersey. -

Here is your pic with pointers... I did the best I could as the pic is washed out a bit... The black arrows point to what appears to be edges of laminations, the blue arrow looks like it may be a spike and the white arrow looks like it could be a struck thru??? It doesn't look like the die was worn enough or worked to the point that the jacket would be missing so much detail on the SE edge/corner??? Thanks for letting me take a closer look!!!Attached FilesJim

Yes I do. In the winter I can go through 5000 pennies or more a week. Once it gets warm outside, I spend most of my time in my vegetable gardens. I grow hundreds of plants each year and give most of the stuff away. Last year I had 50 tomato plants and I don't even eat them!Comment

Very cool, couple bricks a week! That is fantastic gardening you do and really nice you hook up folks in your area! You do much, much more than we do but because our gardening is so limited on space, we tend to coddle the plants we do have and in turn, get really nice plants and veggies (pic below). They usually get above the gutter, about 10' tall.Yes I do. In the winter I can go through 5000 pennies or more a week. Once it gets warm outside, I spend most of my time in my vegetable gardens.
