I didn't see that thread. Unfortunately, I don't have THAT cud. I do have a couple that cover some devices on the obverse. Nothing that nice though.

Nice find... Mooovin on up Not only does it match COCs 96-05 but yours is slightly later die stage... Yours is a bit wider and the south edge extends below the lower lip by the looks of it???

It might be a bit later. Hard to tell off my picture. I will have to pull it back out and recheck.
