Cool cud!
Checking The Cud Book there are a couple of coin listed that are three examples similar to your coin, and are grouped together as LC-82 LD-28 Cu, LC-82 LD-29 Cu, and LC-82 LD-30 Cu. Of those three I think LC-82 LD-30 Cu is the best match.
With that said, trying to match your great picture to these old black and white pictures is not easy.
Nice find Billy!

Thanks Jean for looking it up. Is this a new supplement to The Cud Book? The reference I have only list up to 1978. Do you know where I can purchase a copy?
The way you take photos you should start producing a book along with Jason...
Nice find... What is the line near the date a clash???!!!
Jim
Thank you Jim for the compliment. Well lets see, I'm the author of, "A Detailed Analysis of Lincoln Cent Varieties 1909 - 2009," I'm the co-author of, "The Authoritative Reference on Eisenhower Dollars" with John A. Wexler and Kevin Flynn and I'm the author and publisher of the free monthly online Die Variety News (DVN) Magazine. I'm currently working on an RPM book.
You are correct, the line near the date is remnants of a die clash.
The Cud Book I have was copyright in 1997 by Sam Thurman and Arnold Margolis.
It covers Lincolns 1909 through 1996, plus many of the other US coins, and a few foreign coins. I found my copy through an internet search.
Near the back of the book there is a form to fill in and send to Arnie Margolis for The Cud Supplement, 1998, with prices to be announced in 1998.
I do not have any earlier or later editions of any other 'cud' book for reference.
