    [Example] 1979 5 cent on a 1 cent blank

This is a different kind of One Cent Error (Wrong Metal/Wrong Planchet) or Nickel Error, which ever way you look at it.

This is a Fiery Red 1979 5 Cent that has been stuck onto a 1 Cent Blank.
It is graded MS-64 Red/Brown and the coin weighs 3.09 Grams.

As always wrong Metal/Planchet strikes do not show all of the details of the struck coin on the Obverse and Reverse. This is a nice example.

Note: I did not adjust any of the colors of the coin.
