20001-D reverse anomoly-DDR?

I thought I'd get some opinions on this. The anomoly is solid. Everything else on the reverse appears to be normal.

I believe I have another coin from this same die around here somewhere. Since it is isolated to this one area, I would tend to believe it is a gouge or dent of some sort.

I know. A dent most likely. I kept searching over the entire reverse looking for some other clue, but nada. Thanks.
