I looked at that one as well. I don't think its 1972-1D0-004 as the doubling is in the wrong direction. It also doesn't appear to have the separation on the "I" of "IN" to the East as seen on the 1972-1D0-004. I concluded that this was simply the common example of the master die doubling found on many 1972 cents and not worth bidding on. I am no expert, but that is what I see.
