1984-D, possible RPM?

Hello all,

I found this one over the weekend and while I think its a deceiving example of MD, I wanted to post it here just in case. If it is MD, it only seems to occur on the MM and not on the date or anywhere else.

Any chance this could be an rpm? If so, it would be one of the nicest examples I have seen for this date (which is why I have my doubts)

I think you may be right on the MD because the MM's on 84 are so thick it would be easy to be fooled. Very tough call.
