Working with the 1960D small date Lincoln cent has to be approached from two different fronts. There is the die clashes, mostly what I am interested in and then there is the RPM aspect as well. I have been working with Bob P. and JB Bordner in trying to correlate the RPMs found on die clashes to known to both Coppercoins and Wexler's files. For those of you who are not familiar with JB Bordner, he is the president of NCADD and takes care of all the RPMs in Wexler's files.
Anyway, here is the latest addition to Wexler's files for 1960 D, it is listed as WRPM-267 and ADC-1c-1960D-58(SD). The line with the angular mark is actually a die clash from the AME of AMERICA. The reverse die shows the D mint mark in the bottom of the M of AMERICA.
I have sent two of these dies up to Bob to see if it is listed in Coppercoins.
