    Questionable Mint Marks

I came across 2 different mint marks this week that show questionable anomolies.
One is a 1964-D with what looks like a die chip inside the MM or maybe it's a secondary MM.
The other is a 1959-D with what looks like a secondary MM inside to the west and south, but it could just be some kind of build up or just the way it was punched. Its hard to see it in the photo, so you may not be able to give an opinion on it.
Thanks for your opinions and views.

The 64 looks like a chip to me, but the 59 looks like it may be a tilted RPM...but it is one better seen in hand, Rock.

The 64 is just a die chip Rock. The 59 I really cannot make out, Position doesn't match anything CONECA lists. That one is still up in the air... Try to get a little more light on it....

Ok, Better lighting shows there is nothing going on with the 1962. Just the way it was punched..a little movement of the metal, thats all. Thanks everyone.

I would have to say no to both coins based on the images provided.
