Continuing on with my 1936 series, here is DDO-002 (2-O-V, FS-015, FS-102, 1DO-001).
Coin courtesy Water Sport Collection.
It is in a PCGS MS64RD slab. It is LDS and proved to be one of the hardest coins I have shot to convey the doubling. All EDS markers are gone, this is one of many examples that show one or both hubbings with that broken R hub (not a good marker for identification by the way).
There is a spread in LIBERTY, the date, parts of the coat and tie (though much of it is lost being LDS) and RUST of TRUST. There is a ramped die wear on the date, LIBERTY and parts of the portrait which is odd and only now understanding seeing it on a BU example. EDS-MDS examples show more doubling in the coat and the bow-tie.
Following my recent photo formatting, I have a large full date, closeup shots and whole coin pics at the bottom.
