Another 2003P DDO/DDR combo?

Hello again,

Rock's post from last week must have helped put this one on my radar (thanks Rock!). Anyway, this coin looks to be another, albeit slightly different, DDO/DDR combo for 2003. The reverse is an obvious minor extra column type, but I was looking for opinions on if you feel the obverse is also a doubled die? This coin exhibits thickness with slight notching on the TY of Liberty and an apparent North shift on the date. Thanks in advance for your thoughts!
