I do not see a mintmark in the 5 of the date. Furthermore this is a Philadelphia minted coin. Why would there be a D mintmark on it? You can't have a Denver minted cent with the mintmark absent from the bottom (1922 no D excluded) -
I don't see anything either to indicate a misplaced mint mark. It could just be from circulation wear, but it appears possible that you have some extra thickness on the date. Do you have a photo of LIBERTY and WE?“What can be asserted without evidence can also be dismissed without evidence.”Comment

I think your asking about the bottom right portion of the numeral five. The loop of the 5 appears to have a similar shape to that of a "D" mint-mark, correct? Unfortunately, there is no misplaced MM in the date. What your seeing is the lettering style and circulation wear, nothing more.Comment

Don't get discouraged. When you find an anomaly of any kind on a coin it could be an already reported error or variety, or it could be a brand new discovery. Or, in this case, just your eyes playing tricks on you. Do not forget that we all started out in the same manner, most of us with little or no knowledge about these little pieces of metal. Then out of the blue! your first really great find! It happens, so do not give up!

I'd still like to see the WE and LIBERTY on this one.“What can be asserted without evidence can also be dismissed without evidence.”Comment
