    1928S RPM 1 - Don't them too often

I found this nice 1928S RPM today. The close up of the date is a little grungy but the whole coin itself is in great shape. This doesn't seem to be a very common RPM. It is a nice strong early RPM for the Lincoln series.

Nice one. I love early rpms. Something very cool about the style of mint marks

Very nice. I do think this is a pretty rare one. I have been looking for it pretty hard for over a year and have not come across any. Well done!!

Must be the week for it. Look what I just pulled from an old wheat roll.

Actually, I have also pulled the 1928D-1MM-001 from the same roll! I have had this roll for about 30 years. Getting to a lot of my older stuff now.

Apologies for posting this on your thread David. I will remove if you wish.

Well done to the both of you!! I have been enamored by this rpm for a long time. Its such a classic! I'm a buyer/trader if either of you is willing to deal (no pressure, of course).

I was lucky enough to find one of these myself, but it was not as nice as yours. Great find!
