    1984-D RPM -???
    None of the markers match but 001 & 006 are close. What do you think?

    The is split plating in the center of the mint mark. I've seen that before.

    if it were a RPM it would had the outer loop enlarged as well.

        Wow, Coop. At a glance, your coin and his look like they may be from the same die. Mint mark position and even NW/SE die scratches look the same! If so, then that extra vertical inside the D must be on the die. Could be wrong, but it grabbed my attention.
