1985 d Rpm ?

Wondering if this is an rpm?I usually make it a rule, if I can not get a good shot of the rpm straight on after 50 tries,then it must not be one.Not to mention the fact that I could not match it up on Coppercoins.I figured I would get an opinion before giving up.Thanks Vickilynn
