Unfortunately there is just no way to grade a coin without much better pics and also pictures of the reverse. A coin will only grade as good as its worst side.

Sorry, the only thing I can tell from that photo is that you have a 1995 Lincoln cent. Were you thinking it was the big DDO for the year? It doesn't look like it, but the photo is just not clear enough.

Agreed, based on the fuzzy pictures I don't see it being the DDO #001.

...as opposed to a 1995 ancient DDO?
Just kidding. From what I can see in your photos, it does not appear to be a DDO; just a normal coin, possible with some damage that takes the appearance of doubling. Better photos would help us to see whatever it is that you are seeing on this coin; do you have a tripod you could use to get a steady image?

Looks normal and very beat up. It's not just normal wear, that coin has taken a beating.

What makes you think it's a DDO?
On the 95, you would see it clearly on the motto and liberty.

Sorry bkh2014, but I am with Ed. That coin is not DDO-001 and it was damaged. Normal and wouldn't get a grade from the damage.
