Unfortunately there is just no way to grade a coin without much better pics and also pictures of the reverse. A coin will only grade as good as its worst side.

Sorry, the only thing I can tell from that photo is that you have a 1995 Lincoln cent. Were you thinking it was the big DDO for the year? It doesn't look like it, but the photo is just not clear enough.
...as opposed to a 1995 ancient DDO?
Just kidding. From what I can see in your photos, it does not appear to be a DDO; just a normal coin, possible with some damage that takes the appearance of doubling. Better photos would help us to see whatever it is that you are seeing on this coin; do you have a tripod you could use to get a steady image?

@Grumpy, on actual coin i see on LIBERTY doubling, IN god we truSt and also on date.
Sorry for the photos was not much clear i am using mobile phone. But as per 1995 DDO sample it is look like but this coin is circulated.
