These '58s make me dizzy sometimes! I count 3, however, the D on top confuses me. Is it a separate/4th MM or one of the other three? I have a hard time telling deterioration from notching/separation on these.
How many D's do you see? 1958-D/D/?

From what I can tell it looks like 2 mint marks... The flat top appears to match up with the flat areas on the bottom of the 9 and 5 as if it took a hit and has been worn down thru circ!!!Jim

I agree with Jim about one re-punching. I see single splits on both the upper and lower serifs, so it is a D/D rotated.All opinions expressed are not necessarily shared by willbrooks or his affiliates.
