    1950-D Unlisted RPM

This is a minor 1950-D RPM with split serifs on both lower and upper serif. I could not capture photos of the upper at all but the lower can sort of be seen with the below photos. Interestingly enough I bought 2 copies of this coin for about $6 each because the seller's photos looked like they had a doubled eye. There is no doubled die though.

There are some solid markers below people can use to watch out for the RPM though. The neck clash was tough to get the lighting right so I took photos of both coins.

Fortunately it's on both coins so I know it shouldn't be. Unfortunately I couldn't get a good photo through either holder.

I am not sure which photos belong to which coin. Are they from the same die? Anyway, there is definitely MD, but I also see the split bottom serif. It is really minor. Likely to get a "too minor to list" designation, but you never know.

The coins are both the same die. I don't know which photos came from which coin actually. The only reason I was even sure it was an RPM was since the serif splits are on both coins. It looks much more obvious in person but I only have a camera on my phone right now for photos. Either way listable or not to Wexler I'm still keeping them.

I meant through a microscope with my phone actually.

I took some more here that show the doubling well. It might indeed be too minor to list.

Nice picks... I am not sure about the upper serif... The upper looks more like an anomoly with the punch but the lower does look good!!!
