Erm...guess I forgot to look at the fact you had a "D" mint hehe!
Mine's actually a "P" mint. I couldn't find it either, so I sent Mr. Wexler my pics. He wasn't sure, so he suggested I send it in. Kinda chickened out I guess lol...must be my pathological fear of failure.
The FG looks like it has a notch in the lower right of the initials. I have seen this "puffiness" but always attributed it to being a fresh rev. master hub. But I could be wrong.
Even a fool can look wise if he keeps his mouth closed.

I can't tell about Viv's though. The one I pulled definitely had doubling, the bottom of the building too. Do you see any of those with yours, Viv?

Shame on you! I thought you had already sent that one in! I think you should, nice separation on the FG (not seeing that on this D mint)
That's what happens when we type at the same time lmao!
Check the sides of USA and EPU to see if there's even a bit of notching as well. The side of the "S" in "STATES" was juuuuust a bit funky.

The photo with the notch is Frank's 1989P find. I do not see any notching at FG on my D mint mark. It probably is a fresh master hub and I just don't see many of them. Thank you uglycent!
Vivien... I think yours is related to the fact the obv die is heavily worn from use... Your obv has a nice ridge ring, is concave looking and the date/MM have split plating pushed up toward the rim due to the wear... Your rev die appears to be fairly early in it die state maybe an EEDS... Coupled together that would cause the rev to be an excellent strike!!!
Jim (A.K.A. Elmer Fudd) Be verwy verwy quiet... I'm hunting coins!!! Good Hunting!!!

Thank you very much Jim! That makes perfect sense. I think it's the strongest reverse I have seen so far!
