Mighty odd cent...DDR, trails or BOTH??

I left the pics large on this one, for the most part. There appears to be spike-like projections on some of the devices, and extra thickness on others.

Took lots of pictures, but so as not to hog all the server space if anyone would like to see more I'll email them.

Ideers?

They do not look like trails to me... As for a DDR I am not sure... Looks more like die and circ wear... Go ahead and send me your images so I can take a better look - jfines69@aol.com !!!

Not seeing trails either, but you almost have a floating roof. Possibly the die being abraded is making the assessment difficult.

Frank got it right. I agree that it is indeed a trails die. It appears to be 1993P-1DER-071T.

Way to go Frank and thank you for giving us an opportunity to become more educated on a very different looking trail die. After looking at the listing and reading the description, it's is actually referred to as a "nub" on the motto which explains why we are not seeing it in your photos, the way we normally expect to see trails. Even the trails at the tops of the columns are shorter than what is usually seen, the one at the planter is longer though. The distortion on the motto is cool looking also! Nice job catching this one!

Yes, hard seeing the 'trails' part...if you look at Lincolns' statue it looks more like a monument to Jet Jaguar too!
