Picked this one last weekend. Still like it even though I over paid for a vf details grade. Seller had it pegged at ef. Colors are a little to be desired but I'm pleased I spotted the rpm with the sellers limited images. I think stage C because of the heavy flow lines around the mm and there being no die crack at the lower right wheat like stage D.
Thanks for looking.
Very nice Cliff!! One thing I learned quite awHile ago is the coin is worth what a buyer is willing to pay for it. That goes for a buyer or seller. If you are happy with it that is all that matters.
Very nice pick Cliff! That is definitely one I have never seen, great job spotting it! Oh, the second pic down is of your acid coin, must have gotten in the mix when you were uploading.

LOL. Thanks Viv. I'll see if I can make it disappear like the acid was trying to do.
Nice pick... I think yours may be a VVs Stage B http://varietyvista.com/02a%20LC%20R...909SRPM002.htm (Not listed) Notice how the flow lines on the Stage A do not appear to be as strong or numerous and on the Stage C the flow lines appear to be stronger and more numerous than on your coin... Also the strength of the horizontal S on yours appears to be stronger than Stage C but a little weaker than Stage A... Maybe one to send in to VV for a look see and possible listing???
Jim (A.K.A. Elmer Fudd) Be verwy verwy quiet... I'm hunting coins!!! Good Hunting!!!

Thanks Jim. I was wondering if it might betwixt the two.
Even though it has been mentioned before, I'm not familiar with sending it in. Be glad to with a little guidance.

Thanks Viv. I'll send him a PM and see what he says.
Looking at Cliffs coin a little closer I think it may actually be a Stage E or more, which would be new... VV only goes thru Stage D http://varietyvista.com/02a%20LC%20R...909SRPM002.htm Comparing Cliffs with Stage D on close up the die flow lines seem to be stronger on Cliffs coin... There are also a number of flow lines that appear to match up with Stage D but not the others especially around the MM... The rev die is heavily worn with no visible cracks so I think the die was changed after Stage D... Here are some pics I took... Jason Cuve. has some awesome photos of the RPM that I thought everyone may enjoy http://www.lincolncentforum.com/foru...ighlight=1909S

Thanks so much Jim. Your images are always clear and greatly appreciated.
(Just waiting to hear back from Dr. Wiles to see if he'd like to view it in hand.)
