    1949-D RPM-007

Do you folks think Coneca RPM-007 is a good attribution? I'm not 100% on the die scratch in the throat area.
In truth I'm not even certain MM shape matches either. Couldn't find any other markers so I'm pretty much going on MM position. Thanks!

Very nice RPM and wheat Tracy! I'm no pro at these but what I see looks good! Coppercoins 007 and Wexler's 015 list and show some other markers that Variety Vista doesn't. Here are the links

Die varieties such as doubled dies, Repunched mint marks (RPMs), Over Mint Marks (OMMs), Repunched Dates, Overdates, coin design varieties, as well as regular coins and error coins.

It does look like a match Bob! If you have permission to use VV photo that's cool, but if not, please remove the photo so we are following the copyright rules... thank you!

Thanks, Bob. That's really cool. I must learn how to play the overlay game someday!

Picmonkey is the easiest overlay software I've found... it's free, don't have to sign up, click Edit photo, the monkey winks... then select the butterfly and the first photo from your computer adjust the size if you want to then select the second photo from your computer and resize and set the opacity where you want it. Cool thing with this software is you can resize, rotate and move your photos around easily.

Many thanks, Viv! Pro?? I'd say you achieved pro status many moons ago. If you can attribute Memorials, wheats are a piece of cake compared to Abe blinding us whilst sitting on his throne!

You are welcome Tracy! Thank you so much for the nice compliment, means a lot to me coming from you! So true about shiny Abe LOL! I will not think of myself anywhere close to a pro until I can get attributions right without asking questions... and I don't think that will ever happen

No one is that good, my friend. There may be a few who act that arrogant but none that good. Even the pros double check with other pros.

Very good point, thank you Tracy... so until whatever time turning pro doesn't happen we will just consider it... making pro--gress! Nice to see you online, glad you must be having a slow day

Nice find... Are you sure that is 007??? The shape of the upper serif on both CCs http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/d...&die_state=mds and VVs http://varietyvista.com/02a%20LC%20R...949DRPM007.htm 007 doesn't look the same as yours does??? The samples on CC and VV is rounded and yours is more square??? Yours also looks to be a little to far west??? I noticed that CCs 010 http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/d...&die_state=lds and VVs 010 http://varietyvista.com/02a%20LC%20R...949DRPM010.htm is close also??? Could be me???
