Pulled this from a Loomis roll... I think the snow bird change is still making its way around the area... This one was easy to i.d. but a little more difficult to narrow down die stage... CC list both MDS http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/d...&die_state=mds and LDS and VV Stage A thru C http://varietyvista.com/02b%20LC%20R...964DRPM009.htm I think mine is a late Stage A/LEDS or early Stage B/EMDS... I do not seem to have as much in the way of abrasions as CCs MDS or VVs Stage B... I pointed out some areas on the MM that look really cloes to VVs Stage A - The separation (green arrow) at the upper serifs is nice and wide, The lower loop (blue) is light like VVs, The knub (red) inside the east loop is small and the separation (black) at the NE edge is still fairly well defined... All of those change slightly as the die age progresses... I have no visible rev markers which may be due to circ wear???
Pulled from a roll thursday nite!!!

Because I like this RPM, you inspired me to search the last couple hundred 64D's that I have been putting off doing.
Well, out of 200+ B/U 1964D LMCs, I had ZERO [0] varieties.
No: RPMs, DDOs or DDRs [or rotated reverses].
That is sad because the 1964D has all kinds of possibilities.
--- All that I can do is just sort out the best ones and roll them up.

Zero out of 200 isn't to bad... At least it wasn't zero out of 200,000
