Do you see this as 2015 WDDR 001? If so, I am puzzled why the severe doubling on EPU is not featured by Wexler. I understand that all aspects of a coin cannot be included but the EPU is a prominent feature in this case. I'm not sure about any markers for 001 either.

Roller, what do you think about Wexler's 002? Wexler's example has sharp details on the devices and yours has some circulation wear, but they look pretty close to me.
Yours has some very nice distortion at EPU! Wexler's notes for 002 says the EPU distortion increases from left to right, like yours does.Last edited by VAB2013; 08-01-2019, 10:23 AM. -
Thanks Viv. I actually meant to write 002 in the original post. (001 is doubled to the opposite direction of 002.) However, I see no markers or the doubling on bottom of the A on Ameirca, on my coin, yet mine appears to be an earlier die state tham Wexler's 002.Comment

Nice find!! Your pics are a lot better than mine!I think Viv is onto something here though, they look extremely similar. I had actually forgotten about this one and is probably in my stack to get attributed. Send it in George, I'm pretty sure this is a new one!

I compared Georges with Jons, all of Wexlers and VVs and I do not believe they match??? Looks like George has a new DDR??? The notching across the NW corners of JFM on Georges is fairly well defined but on Jons we (me and my birds) do not see the notching on the FM... I do not think die wear would obscure that notching... I will provide a little more info... Birds require my attention!!!
