    2016 P new DDR

The JFM looks similar to WDDR-002 but a little different, a little thicker on the verticals and slightly more distorted. The LB on mine looks normal. Let me know what you think, thanks.

Nice find Jon! I think you are right! The JFM on yours does look thicker at the verticals with some distortion, and I think I'm seeing some notching at the lower F and left lower M. On Wexler's 002 the LB really stands out and the JFM seems normal. Let's see what Jim and the guys think - it could be listable!

Added: Also it looks like the second half of EPU is affected. Can't really tell about OF AMERICA and the right of the scroll, those devices are hard for me to tell except sometimes the O-OF has some distortion and AMERICA is thicker than normal - see what you think about yours compared to a normal Shield.

Thanks Viv!! I've been making my way through the aggravation can. You had said something the other day about forcing yourself to do this, so I told the wife to hold off on new rolls to search, so I could clean up the can. I know it's minor but this one caught my eye. If there is anything going on with AMERICA, it's minimal. Just JFM and some slight distortion in UNUM.

Thank you for the update Jon! Yes, I am seeing what you are too so this one is a good one to move to the "maybe send in" stack! Yeah... Jon, I hear ya! When I have new rolls to look at I will always choose those over figuring out what I've already seen so I'm not getting any new rolls either until I catch this up - otherwise it will get so out of control, it ain't funny!

Looks to me like JFM is doubled... I think it is hidden a bit due to circ wear flattening out the letters a bit??? RIBU UNUM looks a little thinner than the E PLU but I'm not 100% sure it's related to doubling as E PLU maybe MD??? Close up pic is a little to lite for me to tell??? We can compare the thickness difference on top of of E PLUR by looking at the images on Wexlers WDDO-020 and WDDR-001... The EPU of DDR-001 is not identified as part of the DDR... Hope that helps a bit!!!
