1949-D Class V doubling?

I was in the process of attributing what appears to be a 1949-D re-punched mintmark when I noticed the extra crossbar segment on the lower east portion of the 4.

Would this be classified as a DDO?

And while the coin does not have a lot of wear, it does look like it has gone 12 rounds and is dinged up quite a bit.

I can post a full obverse pic if needed, but the LED lights keep washing out my pics.

Isolated MD, maybe? Look at the backside (east side) of the last 9 too.

I would not call this hub doubling. There is evidence of MD on the coin and I would tend to think this is some damage. In one or two of the pics, I see what I think is a scraping of that portion of the device. I would call this anomaly a metal scrape remnant.

I'm in with the MD... What about your possible RPM??? Anything yet??? I'm not sure of it being a RPM??? Looks more like some nicks/dings from circulation???
