87 RPM or plating issues?

I know this coin has some plating issues but is this a RPM?

I cannot tell for sure from the pics but looks very similar to cc's 010. (http://coppercoins.com/lincoln/diest...&die_state=mds)

If you could get a clear pic of the date/mm with it level, we could probably tell for sure.

I'm in with a RPM... Your MM location looks real close to CCs 010... A better pic of the date/MM would help... Try checking for markers with CCs 010!!!
