Doing victory dance on this bad boy!!!! Class 1 DDO! This blows the 1934 1DO-002 out of water my opinion.

I see a lot of verdigris and circulation wear. I do not see any doubling.

The O in God is easiest to see and date too.

There are no known doubled dies for this date and mintmark. I see nothing out of the ordinary on either the O of GOD or the date.

I know there isnt but this one definitely is a new one. I will gladly leave this site and never come back if I cannot prove this and the other 1920 doubled die. Because to be honest Im getting tired of trying to prove crap to everyone.

To make it more challenging I will gladly leave site if overlay doesnt match the 3 in last post of the 1934 1DO-002 with the marked area of the 3 and 9. But nine is to faint to verify but 3 should match perfectly. Then I request everyone that argued over the matter to donate 25 dollars each to site when I am proved right!!!!!!!!!

Date 1920 should be enough alone to prove DDO. Look at the notch in tail of 2 is incredibly strong. Then observe rest of date and it will start standing out.

Now the DDR 1920. I shouldn't even have to explain any further with just this pic alone in what class doubled die this is.

I don't know what the problems are, but you can not make these into doubled dies when they are clearly not Jacob. Remember that when you deal with circulated coinage, the playing field is different. The devices are not as sharp, and the doubling is not as noticeable. Circulation wear and or damage can play tricks with your perception. This coin (in my mind) is not a hub doubled variety.

I admire your persistence but some times, it is best to sit back and relax a bit. Have another look a bit later.

There is no need to offer to leave the forum if people disagree with your assessment. Tell me one person you know who has never been wrong trying to attribute a coin and I will respectfully disagree. Sorry again Jacob.
