Well because of the way the dies are made now, there's no way this can be an OMM (P/D or D/P over mintmark).
The right side of the P looks like it took a hit. I'm not sure what the anomaly under the curved part is.
The mint marks are not added by hand anymore and are part of the master die.
Hey I have a 82 small date copper take a look at the back of this coin it weighs 3.2 grams
You really need to start a new thread for your new posts. Mainly because it will show on searches done by others that may have questions about 1982 SD copper cents.
They may have the same question and any responses won't be lost and buried in this thread about 2017p cents.
