    1936 DDO-3 FS-103

A recent ebay pic that turned out well. Not a great-looking coin but definitely worth the price.

I enjoy finds like this -- Probably over-looked by many because of mediocre pics and the coin's condition.

Sort of a "diamond in the rough."

    Seller's obverse and reverse pics:

edit: admittedly, had to clear off much of the grime around the characters

      Congrats on the find.

(I got a circulated VG(?) 1936 DDO-001 for under 5$ about 6 months because the seller labeled it in the title as a DDR!)

Similar situation happened to me with a 1956-D RPM-8 a while back. Evidently, some people refer to it as "Shadow" rpm, but the seller put "Showdow" instead and I think people didn't pick up on it because I was surprised to get it [uncirculated] for such a good price.
He had a few others he sold later and used the word "Shadow" and those all sold for at least double what mine was.

Congrats on that great pick as well. That would put a big smile on anyone's face.
