2007-D DDO shield penny

I can’t find a DDO on wexlers only DDR, his eye, and hairline look off to me.

I don’t generally like shield pennies, but sometimes something seems off to me and I can’t figure out how to attribute it.. possible off strike? Maybe nothing at all.. thanks for the response

Hey, Liz, nice to hear from ya! I'm with the others, no hub doubling here. The thin area at the hairline may just be from an over polished die or slightly grease filled die.There are so many things that can be wrong with a zincoln, if it does not jump out at me, I generally just toss them and move on.

That makes sense cause I do end up trying to hard to look at things that don’t jump out! I’ll definitely move forward with this advice…. I like zincon… witty

Some of the hair and beard areas look thick but I think that occurred as the dies wore down... Flattened somewhat... I think the 2006s were the same!!!
