    1915-d rpm?

I bought this last year and thought the mintmark looked like it was rotated CW about 30 degrees, D/D East Spread. I finally pulled it out and put it under the scope. I am wondering if this is indeed an RPM. If it is I cannot find it in coppercoins or at Coneca. I am also wondering what causes the weld effect on the "T" of the reverse.

    Thanks in advance,

    Jeff

I agree that the mintmark looks like it took a hit or something like that. The T in CENT is most like die abrasion.
