1946-S Inverted mint mark?

Ok folks, this is my last question of the day I promise! Does this appear to have an inverted mint mark?

I have only one and it is in very poor condition. Yours is a very nice example. These are considered quite rare, but I do not know what price one would ask for it.

That is indeed an inverted mintmark. Congratulations! As far as numbers go, I don't know of anyone keeping count. I have heard about 10-12 in forums and research, but I am sure there are more than that. I have seen these in Mid Die State which would indicate a fair amount out there, but not a lot of folks know about them.
