1964 SMS Lincoln Cent??

I know a few 64 SMS Cents are out there. This Cent has Matte type finish vs the mirrorlike for a proof. Can anyone help with this one?

As far as I know they are not much different than the 1965-1967 SMS cents.

1964 SMS Question

Thanks, in the link that you sent it mentions that a little over 20 were minted

Currently the PCGS Population report shows 22 Lincoln cents, 18 Jefferson nickels, 22 dimes and 28 Kennedy half dollars graded as 1964 SMS

Compare it to a bunch of '65-'67 SMS cents. If you're convinced, maybe drop by a PCGS table at a large coin show and get an opinion.
