    NICE OVAL SHAPED 0's WITH POSSIBLY INNER DOUBLING SHOWING BOTTOM RIGHT OF FIRST 0.

    If the 2 showed similar distortion I might say yes, but it would be weird for the doubling to just be on the zeros. Let's see what Bob, BJ or Billy have to say...

      The distortion on the date is minimal, and I do not believe it to be a DDO. The anomaly in the first 0 of the date looks more like a plating or machine issue.
