Looks as though it could be a 1949-D WRPM-035. The only thing I'd have to go by is the lower serif seperation and the very slight tilt of the primary MM.
The pictures on CC aren't all up to date. Wheat has attributed your con to be the 1949-D WRPM-035. I would suggest that a link to buy the book or website would help Mike, Myself and other's to attribute these coins.
Are the files avaliable on the internet? If not I guess I need to buy the book? Which one? I sent ya a PM.

Wexler Files WRPMs and Doubled Dies are not on the internet. There are in a series of books Volume ones which have been released for both Doubled Dies and RPMs. These Volume Ones covered LC RPMS and Doubled Dies through 1909 to approximatly the mid to late thirties. I hear there will be some more released soon. However, do not know the time frame.
