    1970 s small date ???

    just pulled this from a box my searching i have a hard time with these

    That's close.

    With what appears to be a little damage, that 9 could be deceiving. The 7 is just a little low, but I wouldn't go as far as to "rule it out". Let's see what the others have to say.

    Nice find nonetheless.

      Tough One. Is liberty weak? I'm leaning toward small date.

        i know i just question it because the seven seems to be higher then norm and the hook on the 9 here is a pic of a large date and thats why this caught my eye

                In my own opinion, I do not think it is a small date. The 7 is just l little to low. Although if we were to see the "Liberty" that would help.

                    I stand corrected co. I change my opinion after seeing Liberty. I would probably go with small date. See what the pro's say.

                            I will say it is a yes for me too. The 0 is usually more rounded on the large date and the weak liberty strike makes it conclusive. Thanks for sharing.
