Despite what looks like a hit this is either a multiple RPM or a multipe strike. I eliminate the strikes because nothing else on the coin indicates it.
That's what I was looking at also David. Notice there is also a hit on the tail of the 9 of the date. I am thinking this is all part of the same hit or PSD.

I agree with Bob... The hits appear to be from the same incident... The MM appears thicker at the bottom but with the hit it is to hard to really tell if it is a RPM!!!
