D punched into the tail of the 9 - (1956-D)
Here is a 1956-D RPM-016 (1MM-016). The extra D was punched into the tail of the 9. It has all the stage A markers, but is more of an EMDS than EDS. The subtle beginnings of the crack on the shoulder can be seen. Shot through a slab, so a few pics are not what they should be.
