    Picture Quality

I decided today that I'd work on a few problems i've come across taking pictures of pennies and trying to find errors or varieties with my digital microscope. The main problem was harsh-lighting that really made it impossible to see anything. So after messing around with it for a while, this is the final result. Can see a lot more detail without harsh highlights on the pennies. What do you think? Tips for improving image quality?

    Thanks

The pics look great, but it seems as though you might still have glare problems on new BU coins. Are you using anything to diffuse the light?

Using a frosty piece of plastic on one light and then another overhead without the plastic. However if I put the plastic on the 2nd one, it makes a very harsh glare. Maybe I need another light to see if more illumination causes less of a glare. I will have to try that out tomorrow morning after work and see how much of a difference it makes... if any.
