Im guessing its a Fair-02 by PCGS standards never had a reason to have it slabbed but i hear Poor-01s bring nice money so im debating it.

I know that some collectors on coin and paper sides collect low balls kinda like going for the high high ends. might be 50 or 100 depending on the coin and year. but some people collect it as a challenge. i dont know how many actually do this but some do and not that im selling i find it cool i have something witha date that might be in that range

At least the date is readable... I do not know but I would imagine that someone collects them... Don't think there would be any value in the slabbing though!!!
Jim (A.K.A. Elmer Fudd) Be verwy verwy quiet... I'm hunting coins!!! Good Hunting!!!
I only think there are people for it cause in paper there is a big following on PCGS currency ( enough to have competitions over the lower type set and all) that collect paper currency down to Poor 1 . I figured coin people must do the same someplace . Perhaps im wrong but just thinking out loud.
