Correct me if I am wrong. Mis-aligned die would only be on one side. off center would be obv and rev correct. I see a small off set on both sides. I didn't do a over lap to be 100% pos.

Okay, I couldn't see it on the reverse.
As for doubling, I do see some kind of doubling on the obverse, but I'm no Indian cent expert and I can't tell if it is something or not.
