    Taking candy from a baby

I recently bid on a lot of I.H.C.'s on Ebay. some good older dates but a bad fuzzy photo. I knew 7.00 would be fair for the older dates even if they were crummy. And one appeared to be an 1897 with a 1 in the neck. I could not be sure with the dust and fuzzy photo but here is what I got.
It also looks like the one sticking out or the neck has a repunch as well, I have about 6 of these but all are worn more than this one. Does anyone have a better example to check this against?

Sure looks like it. Check Rick Snow's site. He is the father of Indian Cent varieties -in my opinion.
    Congrats

There's no question that your coin is FS-401. It's got some unfortunate corrosion and blisters, but a fun and dramatic variety nonetheless! Nice pick!
