Sorry for the tilt but was trying to cut the glare from the light on the scope, do you think this is just a hit or is it an "S" under the "D"?

I see an RPM here. To the north of the MM there's an entire extra loop, which looks like another fainter MM. Good spot. I don't know what kind of extra premium would be associated with something like this.-Sean

Looks like a D/S. There were more than one die like that. I can't find a good image right now. The mark on the right side is damage. The one I had had the cross bar in the center as I remember. Sold it some time ago.Richard S. Cooper Some have asked about my images I use, and I'm glad to say I've completed a DVD of these. Ask if you are interested. Newer members like these.Comment

This does indeed look like a D/S, and it could be CONECA OMM-001. It is listed in the Cherry Pickers Guide (4th Edition, Volume II) as FS-25-1950D-601 (021).
Besides the upper curve, there is also a portion of the S mintmark just under the upper serif. This one is well circulated, but I am pretty sure that this is the one you have.Bob Piazza

I believe Bob is right. The S only shows at the top and west of the D. There is what looks like a 2nd D just to the east and south which you have the marks. One thing, your D looks alot bolder then the one in the book.Being silver it could of worn and spread some or maybe a little smashed. I do believe you have a winner here.
