1959 washington proof quarter Doubled or tripled??

If anyone has any idea whats going on here please let me know. The O and D of GOD look to have doubling or tripling I've never seen anything like it.
P.S. sorry in advance for the pictures... best I could do... I've never had to take a picture of the inside of a D on a quarter before.

Looks like doubling, not tripling. Might be strike doubling, can't tell. Nice find!

Doesn't look like a doubled die to me. However, 1959 Quarter Proofs are known to have a very prominent DDO.

Just as a gentle reminder, this is a Lincoln Cent forum.

I know it's a lincoln cent forum. However, the amount of general coin knowledge contained here is greater than anywhere on the web. I figured if I posted this in the "off topic discussion" forum, it wouldn't be be out of place. Sorry for any inconvenience. Thanks again for the help with this.
