I am the wife and husband is the penny widower. He actually helps me sort them but he dosen't like looking at them for errors and varities.

Same here lucybug. My husband is the Lincoln widower and he likes it that way. He will go to the bank for me and pick up bricks and that is all the involvement he has except that he knows who most of the people are in the forum from me talking coins all the time....LOL.

I am very lucky. My wife has gifted a box of cents for holidays to me.

The only time she has ever raised any eyebrows, when I traded the 1877 AG (purchased in a coin dealers junkbox for 15 cents) for 100 face of silver (1987). As it turned out, silver went up, I cashed out, and bought my 1914 D (XF) and 1911 S (MS63). Purchase was $325.....yes...there were some unkind words hear that day.

After looking this thread go on and on I just took a look... Man what I was missing!!!!! Good call everyone je je je.

My wife, she moves my stuff around every time I start looking at my new con bags, eventually, as everyone here I suposse, I get tired after a few days sitting behind the micro with a table light and coinholders, baggies, stapler, pen, camera, loops, micro, etc... so I let her know I will be taking a break, BUT COME BACK to pick up my stuff for she will mess up my "organized" spread of coins with tags, bags etc all over the table. NO USE, is a totally waste of time for every time, I over sleep my nap or so, and she just PUTS ALL COINS BACK IN ONE BAG or IN TO THE TOTE i have to put the coins I already searched, cleans up the table and puts away my stuff like the light, micro etc. So when I wake up, usually I have to start all over again!!!!! Its frustrating, but I still love hher the way she is!!!!! well, is the least I can do, she loves me the way I am... or not....?????
