2 Left Feet? What???

Hi everyone, I hope your day is going well. I was browsing the net, and found a story about the 1976 Montreal Olympic $5 Coin with a runner who has "two left feet" Now, unless I am missing something, the foot they point to is the right foot, which just appears to be coming out of the back of the left leg. However, you can see the right leg behind the left one. Can someone explain this to me???

(P.S. I am not trying to sound rude to the experts who say it is a two footed runner, I am just saying that it looks like a runner with a right and left foot)

Maybe because the right foot points toward the right like a left foot would? Lol, that's the only thing I can think of. Never heard this story. Maybe he's just a lousy dancer, lol.

Good point, but I agree, thats the only thing I can see...

I'm going to say the same. I think it's because of where the 'Toe' of the shoe points. Makes it appear like another left shoe. Though I don't understand why it would become an issue. To me it looks like one left shoe and one right shoe. lol
